The biggest gold rush in Lapland took place about 70 years ago in northern Lapland, but even today many Laplanders travel to the gold fields and rivers in search of their own gold nuggets. Restaurant Kultala serves a golden Lappish menu accompanied by stories, facts and fiction about Lappish Gold. Come and find your own gold nugget; maybe it will be the luxurious roe, the tasty salmon or the sweet cloudberries – they are all Lappish Gold…
